I ordered with next day delivery which turned out to be next day delivery after the package had been dispatched from the warehouse, or over a week from the day I placed the order. I ordered two of the classic looftlighters. One as a replacement for my old one and one as a gift. One arrived with a bent aluminium cover so I kept that and gave the other one as the gift. Great product. Everything else not so great.
In all honesty, this is the best BBQ tool I've ever used (and I promised this isn't a bot-review). It cuts down the time to BBQ by so much, that basically means that I can BBQ any day of the week. Winner.
Thanks for sending this to my brother in law in Snowhomish WA. Hopefully he will appreciate not using match light charcoal now.

It is very effective and efficient in lighting the coals for cooking with charcoal. I like the fact that there are no accelerant smells transmitted to my meal.
Two lighters were ordered as gifts...
Have only used it a couple times but initial usage is positive.. No chemical smells and far quicker to light the charcoal than a bbq chimney. Only negative was that it seemed to take slightly longer than expected, approx 10 minutes, to get a small charcoal fire going.
