We are Looft UK Ltd, a company incorporated and registered in UK. Our registered address is 3rd Floor, 1 Ashley Road, Altrincham, WA14 2DT, United Kingdom. Hereinafter, when we refer to “we”, “us”, or “our”, we are referring to Looft UK Ltd.
General
When you make an order on this website it represents entering an agreement with us. We therefore assume that you, prior to your order, have read and understood the information hereunder.
Prices
We reserve the rights to modify prices without prior notice. All prices on this website include value added tax. Freight cost will be determined at the checkout.
Payment
We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay and Pay Pal.
Cancelation & Returns
No transaction is concluded until you have received and accepted your order. You may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to receiving your Product. If you do so, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price.
If your item(s) does not fulfil your expectations or if you for some other reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s). We offer a 30 day return policy, meaning that you have 30 days as of the date you received your item(s) to return/postmark your order.
Any item(s) that you return shall be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. The item(s) must be returned unused and in the original packaging together with all its content. When the return has been approved, you will receive a refund from us within 30 days of us having received the item(s).

Delivery
We are liable for items that are lost or damaged during delivery.
Deliveries outside UK.
We only dispatch parcels within UK. If you live outside UK, please contact us
Complaints
Should the item(s) you have received be defective, or in any other way deviate from the agreement between yourself and us, you have the right so submit a complaint, provided that you make us aware of the defect or deviation from the agreement within a reasonable time frame after the defect or deviation has been discovered. A complaint made within 2 months after the discovery shall always be deemed to be made within a reasonable time.
For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before the product was sold. Any defect that has resulted from a misuse of our product will therefore not be deemed defective.
